Atlas Ocean Voyages revealed a new Assurance Program for 2026 European expeditions that enables guests to cancel their trips and get full reimbursement.
Thanks to the initiative, eligible voyages can be cancelled for any reason up to 15 days before departure, with guests receiving a 100 percent cruise fare value as Future Cruise Credit (FCC), Atlas said in a press release.
The cruise line explained that the initiative aims to remove uncertainty from the booking process, noting that it was developed in response to evolving traveler expectations.
“Atlas Assurance reflects our commitment to putting guests first, offering the flexibility they expect while preserving the full value of their travel experience,” said Kristian C. Anderson, executive vice president, global sales.
“Atlas Assurance is also a powerful tool for our travel advisor partners. It gives them added confidence when recommending Atlas to their most valued clients, knowing they can offer meaningful flexibility and peace of mind throughout the booking process.”
The deal is valid on new bookings for 2026 Arctic, Mediterranean and Northern Europe voyages, departing now through Aug 31, 2026.
The bookings need to be made between April 20 and May 15, 2026, and paid in full.
Guests will be able to use the credits for new bookings made within 12 months and used for travel through December 31, 2027.
Certain exclusions apply, including government taxes, airfare, travel insurance and select third-party services, which will continue to follow standard refund policies.
