The Riverside Mahler will make her debut for Riverside Luxury Cruises in 2028, according to a press release.

Joining her sister-ship, the Riverside Debussy, she is slated to sail itineraries on the Rhine, Main, Moselle and Danube rivers.

“This is the next chapter for Riverside. Introducing Riverside Mahler gives us the opportunity to take everything we’ve built so far and apply it to the Rhine in new, creative ways—more access, more flexibility, and a fresh take on a river everyone thinks they already know” said Riverside CEO Jennifer Halboth.

“As demand for true luxury river cruising continues to grow, this expansion allows us to build on our commitment to delivering an exceptional, highly personalized experience while honoring the legacy of these remarkable ships.”

Riverside acquired a fleet of five ships from Crystal Cruises in 2023, namely the Mozart, Debussy, Ravel, Mahler and Bach.

The first three have already been introduced into service across Europe’s waterways, and the addition of the Riverside Mahler represents the next phase of this strategic rollout.

The company noted that additional details regarding itineraries and onboard enhancements will be announced at a later date.
