CruisePAL’s IssuTrax module, a maintenance and cruise guest service automation tool system, has been deployed aboard the Four Seasons I yacht, the company said in a statement.
Designed to streamline onboard communication and issue resolution, it officially went live on March 20, 2026, during the vessel’s maiden voyage.
“We are honored to partner with Four Seasons Yachts during this landmark moment in their history. Launching IssuTrax in tandem with their first guest voyage demonstrates the robustness of the cruisePAL suite,” said cruisePAL CEO Sankar Ragavan.
“Our goal is to provide the digital backbone that allows the Four Seasons team to focus on what they do best, delivering an unparalleled guest experience, while our technology ensures operational excellence behind the scenes.”
IssuTrax is used for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of shipboard requests, maintenance tracking and operational task management.
Thanks to a customer-facing API, guests can input service requests directly through their in-suite tablets, which are then forwarded to the crew.
Services are completed in real-time using personal digital assistants (PDAs) and mobile devices, creating a closed-loop communication system between the guest and the service team.
The system provides real-time visibility into guest preferences and technical requirements, which cruisePAL says allows for proactive service delivery and rapid response times.
