Versonix has announced an AI strategy for Seaware, its reservation platform, to help cruise lines respond faster with real-time intelligence.

According to a press release, the strategy is meant to enhance pricing and forecast accuracy, accelerate insights and decision-making and improve conversion and guest experience.

“Cruise commerce is becoming a real-time game where speed and confidence in decision-making are critical,” said Yuri Polissky, COO at Versonix. “Our AI strategy helps leaders increase yield, improve agility, and deliver a more intuitive guest experience.”

With cruise-specific intelligence, the strategy aims to help companies reduce fragmentation between revenue, sales, marketing and service, Versonix said.

Three core offerings will include AI Revenue Management, AI Analytics and AI Booking Assistant.

These capabilities will be rolled out in phases, allowing cruise lines to scale adoption over time.
