Crystal has revealed new renderings for the dining venues aboard its newest ship, the Crystal Grace, set to debut on June 11, 2028.

Following the recent unveiling of the ship’s suite categories, the company offered a first look at the dining venues in a press release.

All three were designed by Tillberg Design of Sweden in collaboration with Crystal’s culinary partners.

“From the beginning, our vision for Crystal Grace was to build on the strength of our culinary partnerships while giving each venue a renewed sense of place and design. Working closely with our partners, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Chef Massimiliano Alajmo and Riccardo Giraudi, we’ve refreshed each restaurant with thoughtful design updates and the flexibility to introduce new menu elements over time,” said Gunter Lorenz, vice president of food and beverage operations for Crystal.

“The result is a collection of dining experiences that feel both familiar and excitingly new for our guests. We’re especially excited about the beautiful outdoor dining spaces, which will allow guests to enjoy exceptional cuisine in the open air — something we know will become a favorite part of the experience at sea.”

Located on deck 5, the 84-seat Umi Uma offering Japanese-Peruvian fusion dishes was created in partnership with chef Nobu Matsuhisa.

In addition to Nobu‑style Black Cod and grilled Chilean sea bass, the venue will include a sushi bar available on a drop-in basis, while the main dining room will be available by reservation.

Next up, Osteria d’Ovidio will continue Crystal’s collaboration with three-Michelin-starred Italian chef Massimiliano Alajmo and restaurateur Raffaele Alajmo.

The menu boasts Italian cuisine across three sections – Italia, Le Calandre and Venezia – offering dishes such as vitello tonnato, maccheroni alla carbonara, saffron risotto with licorice powder, smoked tuna carpaccio and pistachio gelato.

Finally, Beefbar, developed in collaboration with Riccardo Giraudi, will be located on deck 10, next to Osteria d’Ovidio.
