Oceania Cruises announced plans for a refurbishment of the Oceania Marina, the company said in a press release.

Scheduled to enter drydock in October 2026, the 1,250-guest vessel will undergo an extensive transformation as the first ship in the line’s OceaniaNEXT program.

“At Oceania Cruises, raising the bar is not an initiative, it is our mindset,” said Jason Montague, chief luxury officer of Oceania Cruises.

“We are constantly refining the guest experience, from elevating our culinary offerings to creating more intimate, immersive ways to explore the world’s most iconic destinations.”

Every stateroom will be fully redesigned with new layouts, furnishings and entirely new bathrooms featuring marble finishes and rainforest showers.

Public areas including bars and lounges will feature updated furnishings, new carpeting and refined lighting.

The enlarged Grand Lounge will see the introduction of the Founders Bar.

A new Chef’s Studio will replace the former Artist Loft, offering an expanded program of demonstrations and food and wine tasting experiences.

The Bakery will be added to the ship’s coffee house, Baristas, serving French and Italian pastries and freshly baked treats throughout the day.

Signature specialty restaurants Polo Grill, Red Ginger, Toscana and Jacques will also be enhanced with a refreshed design and galley improvements.
