The Apollo Group has announced its new Maritime Services division, which the company called a strategic expansion beyond its hospitality business into full-service maritime solutions for the global cruise and shipping industries.

The new division positions The Apollo Group as both an operator and advisor, offering end-to-end support across technical ship management, operations, consultancy and executive-level strategy.

The leadership team includes CEO Robin Lindsay, former Executive Vice President of Newbuild & Refurbishment at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings; Capt. Luigi Razeto, President & COO and former Senior Vice President of Marine Operations overseeing a 33-vessel fleet; and Capt. Marco Fantasia, Vice President of Maritime Services and former Vice President of Safety & Compliance at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.

“Our expansion into Maritime Services reflects where the industry is heading—and where we see the greatest opportunity to add value,” said Robin Lindsay.

“We’re bringing together deep operational expertise and strategic insight to support clients at every stage, from new ventures to optimizing existing operations.”

The Maritime Services division offers a full range of capabilities, including technical and marine management, regulatory compliance, procurement and fuel sourcing, itinerary planning, and port operations. It also provides project-based consultancy such as newbuild supervision, drydock execution, and refurbishment management, along with advisory services supporting investments, acquisitions, and operational performance.
