Poseidon Expeditions announced a series of enhancements for its 2026 season in the Arctic onboard the Sea Spirit.

According to a press release, the company is introducing updates to its products designed to improve the guest experience onboard.

Among the enhancements is the debut of a new inclusion package, which is being added in response to guests’ feedback.

Poseidon will now offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all guests as part of its standard cruise fare.

The company said that passengers will have access to a wide selection of beverages available throughout the day, noting that it will “further elevate the all-inclusive nature of the expedition experience.”

Poseidon is also welcoming travel advisors and partners from Europe, Asia, North and South America for a two-day showcase.

Taking place between May 5 and 7 in Wales, the event will mark the start of the company’s season in the Arctic.

Participants will be offered an immersive experience that includes a dynamic program blending education and exploration, Poseidon explained.

The schedule is highlighted by guided Zodiac excursions, as well as presentations and opportunities to connect with Poseidon’s sales and expedition teams.

The event will also showcase the company’s dining and refreshments offerings, providing advisors a firsthand look at the onboard experience their clients can expect.

In related news, Poseidon highlighted a recent accreditation by IATAN, noting that the recognition underscores its commitment to excellence.

The development is also said to provide added confidence for travel advisors partnering with the brand worldwide.

Poseidon is set to offer a series of expeditions to destinations in the Arctic, including Greenland, Iceland and Svalbard onboard the Sea Spirit.

The 114-passenger ship will operate itineraries in the region between mid-May and late September 2026.
