StarCruises has introduced three-night roundtrip cruises to Kaohsiung and Penghu departing from Hong Kong aboard the Star Voyager, according to a press release.
The new sailings replace previous three-night Sanya itineraries and depart April 12, April 19 and May 10, 2026.
The itinerary includes calls at Kaohsiung and Penghu Island.
“These specially curated sailings are designed for travellers seeking a seamless and enriching short escape,” said Michael Goh, president of StarDream Cruises.
“Kaohsiung and Penghu offer two distinct yet complementary experiences, from a lively harbour city rich in culture and flavours, to a picturesque island escape defined by breathtaking coastal scenery.”
The Star Voyager arrives in Kaohsiung at 2:30 p.m. and departs at 10:30 p.m., allowing guests time to explore the Love River, Dragon and Tiger Pagodas at Lotus Pond and Pier-2 Art Center.
The ship arrives at Penghu at 9:00 a.m. and departs at 4:00 p.m., providing a full day ashore. The cruise returns to Hong Kong at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesdays.
StarCruises also extended its two-night Xiamen cruise departing Hong Kong on Wednesdays.
The ship will remain in Xiamen from noon to 8:00 p.m. before returning to Hong Kong Friday at 2:30 p.m.
