Mein Schiff is bringing dance and reading-themed cruises onboard Mein Schiff 2, 3 and 6 in 2026, TUI Cruises said in a statement.

Dance Cruise

Professional dancer Christian Polanc and other professionals and trainers will work with guests on Mein Schiff 6 sailing between Las Palmas and Cape Town in the fall of 2026.

Polanc, a two-time “Let’s Dance” winner, will lead workshops, training sessions and evening programs, supported by, among others, Holger Nitsche, multiple world and European champion and trainer.

Other guest trainers include the Discofox world champion couple Werner and Michèle Straßer, “dancit” master trainer Matthias Gronostay, the Body&Soul duo Sibylle and Oliver Lepp and Tobias Lange and Joana Schipper.

The “Highlights along the West African coast” itinerary from Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) to Cape Town from October 25 to November 14, 2026, is available from €2,069 per person in an inside cabin with the Mein Schiff Premium inclusive services based on double occupancy.

Reading Cruises

The reading cruise will be available on two routes, with authors from various genres shaping the program, as well as offering writing workshops.

There will be reading sessions, while book sales and signing sessions will provide opportunities for personal interaction with authors.

On the first one, Mein Schiff 2 takes guests around Iceland, with authors such as Tankred Lerch, Clara Schönberg and Florence Winter onboard.

The “Iceland’s Natural Wonders” itinerary from/to Hamburg will sail from July 21 to August 2, 2026, and is available from €3,529 per person in a balcony cabin with the Mein Schiff Premium inclusive services based on double occupancy in the Pro fare.

On the second, Mein Schiff 3 takes travelers along Norway’s coast, featuring works by Linus Geschke, Prof. Dr. Volker Busch and Sandra Beckedahl under her pen names Tuva Brø and Ines Villiger.

The “Enchanting Norway” itinerary from/to Bremerhaven from November 14 to November 28, 2026, is available from €3,169 per person in a balcony cabin with the Mein Schiff Premium inclusive services based on double occupancy in the Pro fare.
