The Marien Hotel Association (MHA) will be debuting a new breakout format for its Tuesday morning panel session next week during its annual trade show and conference being held at the Naples Grande Beach Resort.

For the first time, the MHA is introducing a concurrent breakout session format, replacing the traditional single-track conference program with three simultaneous panel discussions, each focused on a distinct corner of the cruise hotel supply chain.

The sessions are designed to let delegates zero in on the topics most relevant to their business rather than sitting through a broader overview.

The three panels run under the umbrella of Hotel Supply Chain and cover food, hotel supplies and beverages respectively.

Session A, “Someone Feed the Ships,” is set for the Vista Ballroom and brings together cruise line decision makers to discuss food purchasing, provisioning strategy and the operational realities of feeding a fleet.

Session B, “Invited Aboard,” moves to Acacia 1-3 and targets hotel supplies vendors, walking both new and established suppliers through what cruise operators are looking for in supply partnerships.

Session C, “Liquid Assets,” takes over Acacia 4-6 with a deep dive into beverage strategy, covering product selection, who makes the decisions and where the biggest innovation opportunities lie heading into 2026 and beyond.

Each panel will feature cruise line representatives from hotel operations and supply chain, with MHA board members moderating. A networking opportunity with panelists follows each session.

The new format rounds out a packed three-day program that opens Sunday with an evening reception at the Mangrove Pool and moved through a full trade show day Monday following a morning keynote presentation. Trade show space has been sold out for vendors.

The event concludes Tuesday evening with a Grand Finale beach dinner.
