Princess Cruises has announced its South America season aboard the Majestic Princess sailing from October 2027 through January 2028.
The program features overnight experiences in the Antarctic Peninsula and access to 15 UNESCO World Heritage Sites across the region.
According to a press release, it will include overnight stays in Buenos Aires on every sailing, paired with late-night port calls in Lisbon, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Rio de Janeiro and Ushuaia.
Guests will get a chance to visit 19 destinations in eight countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and more.
“Our 2027–28 South America season is designed to bring guests closer to the world’s most breathtaking landscapes and vibrant cultures,” said Jim Berra, Princess Cruises CCO.
“From the polar desert of Antarctica to the lively streets of Rio de Janeiro, Majestic Princess offers unforgettable experiences that combine adventure, enrichment, and our friendliest service at sea.”
On sale now, the season includes six departures across four itineraries (15–37 days).
It kicks off in October 2027 with a 37-day South America Passage Grand Adventure departing from Southampton (London).
The transatlantic voyage stops at Lisbon, Canary Islands, Rio de Janeiro and Montevideo before concluding in San Antonio (Santiago).

Guests will get a chance to see wildlife such as whales and penguins, take part in cultural experiences such as Samba in Brazil or Tango in Argentina and Uruguay and listen to lectures by naturalists and historians onboard.
