Seabourn has revealed the names of speakers who will come onboard the Seabourn Quest for the Seabourn Conversations program during the 2027 World Cruise.

The World Cruise will sail from Miami on January 5, 2027, visiting 67 destinations in 19 countries across the South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand and South America, the company said in a press release.

Thanks to the program, the 145-day voyage will feature storytellers, adventurers and thought leaders, sharing insights and perspectives designed to deepen guests’ connection to the destinations they explore.

“Seabourn Conversations is one of the most meaningful ways we bring the world on board,” said Joe Chantry, Seabourn’s vice president of entertainment.

“Our 2027 World Cruise presents the perfect stage for guests to engage with extraordinary individuals who have shaped industries, scaled summits, and deepened our understanding of the world. Their stories will add another dimension of discovery to an already unforgettable Seabourn experience.”

The 2027 edition will feature a diverse lineup of guest speakers, joining various segments of the cruise.

62 days: Panama Canal, Polynesia & New Zealand

Flight Lieutenant Mandy Hickson – former fighter pilot and author of the bestseller “An Officer, Not a Gentleman” will join the cruise during the January 5–16 leg (Miami–Lima).

35 days: Panama Canal Crossing & Polynesia

Joey Evans – offroad bike racer and bestselling author who has ridden and raced in over 50 countries across six continents.

After becoming paralyzed from the chest down in 2007, Joey learned to walk and ride again, eventually fulfilling his dream to stand on the start line of the Dakar rally.

Evans will join the cruise during the January 16–27 leg (Lima–Easter Island).

23 days: South Pacific Explorer

Adam Radcliffe – an adventurer, coach and storyteller who has explored every continent while taking on difficult challenges in remote environments will join the January 27-Februrary 9 segment (Easter Island-Papeete)

27 days: South Pacific Isles & New Zealand

Sir Peter Hillary – a mountaineer who has completed over 50 mountaineering expeditions around the world and supported the build of more than 40 schools and hospitals in the Mt Everest region of Nepal.

He will join the cruise February 22–March 3 (Auckland–Sydney).

83 days: Australia In-depth & Panama Canal

Li Cunxin – a Chinese-Australian former ballet dancer whose bestselling autobiography “Mao’s Last Dancer” was adapted to an award-winning film.

Mary Li – married to Li, Mary is a ballet teacher and coach for The Australian Ballet whose journey was captured in her best-selling autobiography “Mary’s Last Dance.”

The two will be onboard March 9–16 (Sydney–Fremantle).

27 days: South Pacific Explorer & Hawaii

Paul Massey – a multi-Emmy award winning sound producer with 11 Academy Award nominations and winner of 2019 Academy Award for his sound work on the movie “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

He will be joining the April 24–May 11 leg (Brisbane–Long Beach).

126 days: Australia & South Pacific Panorama

Dr. Mireya Mayor – called “The Female Indiana Jones” by The New York Times, Mayor is a world-renowned primatologist, author, explorer and Emmy Award-nominated TV host, who will come onboard May 22–30 (Long Beach–Miami).
