Walt Disney Company’s new CEO Josh D’Amaro has unveiled the name and the theme of the next Disney Cruise Line ship.
As the fourth in Disney Cruise Line’s Wish class, the next ship will be named the Disney Believe and is expected to join the fleet in late 2027.
In a press release, the company said it would honor “the dreamers and doers who dare to pursue their own happily ever after.”
This was announced during the 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting held on March 18, on D’Amaro’s first day at the helm of the company.
Each Wish-class ship has a distinctive motif, and the Disney Believe will tell a story about promise and possibilities, the cruise line explained.
The ship will bring to life the worlds of “Encanto” and “Frozen,” the wishing wells of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” and the depths of the sea with “Moana” and “The Little Mermaid.”
The Believe is part of Disney’s ongoing fleet expansion.
This includes the Disney Adventure, which sailed its maiden voyage from Singapore on March 10, following its christening on March 4.
