TUI has announced a range of Mein Schiff cruises in winter 2027/28, which are set to open for booking soon, the company said in a statement.

Caribbean Cruises

Mein Schiff 1’s Caribbean journey begins with a 12- or 19-day cruise from Bayonne (New York), via Miami and Puerto Rico towards the ABC islands.

From/to La Romana, the cruise ship will call at destinations including St. Thomas, Tortola, and St. Maarten.

Mein Schiff 3 will sail 14-day cruises from/to La Romana and Montego Bay during the winter.

After leaving redeploying, she will depart from Palma (Mallorca) towards Central America.

From there, she will visit destinations such as Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Colombia, before returning to Gran Canaria in the spring and then, via Morocco, back to Palma (Mallorca) in the Mediterranean.

Mein Schiff 4 will sail from the Caribbean to La Romana in the Dominican Republic as well as from/to Bridgetown (Barbados) to destinations such as St. Lucia, Martinique and Antigua.

Mein Schiff 2 starts its winter season in Bremerhaven and Kiel in Germany, from where it will sail to the Caribbean, the Canary Islands and the North Cape.

Its first voyage includes destinations such as Spain, Portugal and France, followed by a North Cape cruise.

During Advent, the ship will visit destinations like Stockholm, Bergen, and Ålesund from/to Kiel, while over New Year’s Eve, guests can watch fireworks off the coast of Madeira.

Another highlight of the Mein Schiff 2 is an extended Caribbean cruise.

This 35-day voyage will depart from Bremerhaven, visiting Gran Canaria, nine Caribbean islands, and finally returning to Northern Europe via Madeira.

South Africa

From November 2027, Mein Schiff 5 will sail to destinations on the African continent for the first time throughout the entire winter.

The 14-day voyages will sail regularly between Cape Town and Mauritius.

Guests can discover places like Gqeberha (formerly Port Elizabeth), Durban, Richards Bay and the volcanic island of La Réunion, as well as the coastal region of Namibia on transatlantic voyages.

Asia

From mid-October, Mein Schiff 6 will begin its voyage from the port of Palma (Mallorca) through the Strait of Gibraltar and on to the volcanic island of Lanzarote.

The ship will then set course for Praia, the capital of Cape Verde, before crossing the Atlantic and continuing to South Africa.

After that, Mein Schiff 6 continues its journey towards its next major cruising area: Asia.

On two-week cruises, guests can discover a variety of cities and cultures in destinations such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.

In the spring, Mein Schiff 6 continues its exploration of the Far East, with a highlight being Hong Kong.

Canary Islands

Mein Schiff 7 and Mein Schiff Relax will reposition from Hamburg to the Canary Islands at the end of October 2027, and operate a range of seven- to 11-night cruises from there.

Mein Schiff 7 begins its journey with an itinerary along the European Atlantic coast.

It will first stop in ports in France, Spain, and Portugal, from where it will head towards its main cruising area, the islands of the Atlantic: Gran Canaria, Madeira, Tenerife and Fuerteventura.

From November to March, guests on the seven-day cruises can expect an island-hopping experience.

In addition to classics like Lanzarote, La Gomera, and La Palma, destinations such as Morocco, the Azores and Cape Verde are also on the itinerary.

Mein Schiff Relax will visit destinations such as Fuerteventura, Madeira, and La Palma, regularly calling at the ports of Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) and Santa Cruz (Tenerife).

According to the statement, cruise prices range from €729 for the seven-night “Canary Islands with Madeira – from/to Las Palmas” cruise with the Mein Schiff Relax from January 23 to January 30, 2028, to €2,079 for the 14-night “Wintery Norway – from/to Bremerhaven” cruise on Mein Schiff 2 from February 27 to March 12, 2028.

A discount is available for bookings made before November 30, 2026.
