Marella Cruises has announced more headline acts including British singer-songwriters Pixie Lott and Lemar for its 30th birthday sailings in May, the company announced.

“We’re excited to announce even more headline acts with British stars such as Pixie Lott and Lemar for both new and returning cruise customers,” said Chris Hackney, chief executive officer at Marella Cruises.

The special sailings across the fleet of five ships will celebrate the cruise line’s milestone from May 1 onwards with live performances from Fleur East, Boyzlife and La Voix, plus question and answer sessions from Eddie the Eagle, Anthea Turner and Michaela Strachan.

Brit nominated singer-songwriter Pixie Lott will be onboard the Marella Discovery for the 30th birthday sailing.

Double Brit award winner Lemar will perform on the Marella Explorer 2 and the sailing will also include a live question and answer session with broadcaster Michaela Strachan.

The Marella Discovery 2 will host singer Fleur East in Palma alongside a live question and answer with Olympic icon Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards. Marella Explorer, also sailing from Palma, will feature Boyzlife performing hits from Boyzone and Westlife, plus another question and answer with Edwards.

The Marella Voyager will feature Strictly Come Dancing and Drag Race favorite La Voix, with Michaela Strachan providing a question and answer session.

In Limassol, Marella Discovery guests will enjoy a question and answer with Anthea Turner.

The seven-night celebration cruises will include a birthday gala, Party Like it’s 1996 parties, 90s trivia and TV box sets from the 1990s.

Prices start from 1,056 pounds per person.
