Coral Expeditions has added cruisePAL’s central reservation system (CRS) and customer relationship management (CRM) module to its portfolio.

This is seen as a milestone since the two have collaborated since 2006, cruisePAL said in a statement.

“We are proud that our long-standing collaboration continues to thrive. Over the years, we have been privileged to support Coral Expeditions’ both ship and shore operations with our Resco legacy software, and we have now successfully completed the first transition to one of our key next-generation solutions,” commented cruisePAL.

The cruisePAL CRS is a web-based, cloud-first reservation system with a customizable interface that the company says simplifies booking processes and optimizes operational flow.

Its integration with cruisePAL CRM enables launching personalized marketing campaigns, managing guest loyalty programs and having a comprehensive view of passengers throughout their journey, the company explained.

This follows last week’s announcement that cruisePAL’s CRS and ship management system (SMS) were added to R Yacht’s portfolio.
