Margaritaville at Sea today announced the debut of two Bridge Wing Suites onboard the new Beachcomber.
According to a press release, the suites will introduce the most distinctive accommodations created by the cruise line and will be located on Deck 9, directly atop the ship’s bridge.
The two suites were inspired by “Captain and the Kid” and “Son of a Son of a Sailor” (pictured above) and are said to offer a vantage point typically reserved for ship command, pairing ocean views with immediate proximity to the vessel’s bridge.
Margaritaville at Sea stated that the Bridge Wing Suites will be the largest suites across all of its fleet and are designed for guests seeking privacy and a more immersive connection to the voyage.
Building on the Grand Terrace Suite experience offered onboard the Beachcomber, the two new forward suites will provide the brand’s signature suite-level amenities, including what it calls spacious indoor living spaces, oversized private terraces and dedicated concierge services.
Guests in these cabins can also take advantage of priority embarkation and disembarkation, as well as in-suite finishes designed for residential-style comfort at sea.
Guests staying in the Bridge Wing Suites will also enjoy a private tour of the ship’s bridge, offering a behind-the-scenes look at navigation and operations steps from their accommodations.
Each suite also features outdoor dining, with breakfast and dinner served al fresco by a dedicated suite concierge.
“These suites were designed to tell a story as much as offer a place to stay,” said Martha Brabham, vice president of design for Margaritaville at Sea Cruise Line.
“From their elevated location above the bridge to design elements rooted in seafaring tales, every detail deepens the guest’s connection to life at sea. By offering only two Bridge Wing Suites, we’re creating an exclusive, distinctive experience within our portfolio.”
Beginning in 2027, the Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber will sail from PortMiami for a series of four- to eight-night cruises to the Eastern and Southern Caribbean.
Currently sailing as the Costa Fortuna in Europe, the vessel will become the largest in the company’s fleet, which also includes the Paradise and the Islander.
