Transcend Cruises has appointed Bentlie Logan (pictured above) as director of meetings, incentives, corporate and events (MICE) and Agency Sales, and Brittni Cloudsdale as controller, the company said in a statement.

“Transcend is entering a pivotal phase as we move toward the launch of our first vessel and the continued expansion of our fleet,” said Kimberly Daley, chief operating officer.

“Bentlie and Brittni each bring critical expertise at a moment when execution, precision and growth acceleration are essential. Their leadership strengthens both our commercial reach and financial foundation as we redefine group charter experiences on Europe’s rivers.”

Logan was previously Business Development Manager for Carnival Cruise Line. Before this, she held sales positions at Rocky Mountaineer and Celestyal Cruises.

Her new role at Transcend will entail enhancing strategic development across the MICE sector throughout North America.

Her focus will include cultivating partnerships with meeting planners, incentive houses, corporate travel and event agencies, and MICE specialists to drive charter growth.

She will also expand engagement with the travel advisor community, helping advisors grow their group business.

Cloudsdale brings expertise in financial operations and scalable growth environments.

Before joining Transcend, she ran her own accounting firm and worked at Alliant Capital, a Walker and Dunlap company.

Cloudsdale’s new role will entail overseeing accounting operations, financial systems, and internal controls.
