Guests onboard the Carnival Adventure, sailing from Sydney, and Carnival Encounter, sailing from Brisbane, will have two new restaurant options, Carnival Cruise Line said in a statement.

These are the Bonsai Sushi Express and steakhouse Fahrenheit 555, which is already available on two other Australia-homeported ships, the Carnival Splendor and Carnival Luminosa.

“We are delighted to be bringing Fahrenheit 555 to all of our Australia-based ships, so guests can experience Carnival’s signature premium experience no matter where or when they sail with us,” said Anton Loeb, Carnival Cruise line assistant vice president sales & marketing.

Starting on May 5, Fahrenheit 555 will replace Luke’s Bar and Grill on Adventure and Encounter, while a new specialty burger venue, Carnival Topside Grill, is set to open in due course.

According to the company, the steakhouse menu features premium cuts of beef cooked to guests’ exact specifications, alongside a selection of seafood, gourmet mains, appetizers and an extensive wine list.

Additionally, thanks to the recent opening of Bonsai Sushi Express, guests on Carnival Adventure and Carnival Encounter can now enjoy made-to-order sushi, sashimi, rolls, salads, poke bowls, and desserts.
