Thanks to this, guests can explore Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego for 14 nights on the last leg of the late 2026 World Cruise aboard Costa Serena, which was recently redesigned.

After guests embark at San Antonio (Santiago), Chile, on Dec. 8, 2026, the ship is set to make calls in Puerto Montt, Puerto Chacabuco, Punta Arenas, Chile.

Argentina’s Cape Horn and Ushuaia will also be visited, followed by disembarkation on Dec. 22 at Buenos Aires, which is the World Cruise’s final destination.

For guests who want to experience the whole journey, the late 2026 World Cruise departs Tokyo, Japan, Oct. 18.

The 65-night trip visits 15 countries and three continents, including Taiwan, China, the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, New Caledonia, Fiji Islands, Tonga, Polynesia and Easter Island.

Following the final leg of the 14-night World Cruise itinerary, the ship will start its South American deployment on cruises ranging from four to 10 nights.

Embarkations will be possible in Buenos Aires; Montevideo, Uruguay; and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Costa also offers eight- and nine-night cruises in the Rio de la Plata region and along the Brazilian coast, departing from Rio de Janeiro January through March 2027.
