The Norwegian Pearl sailed from PortMiami on Monday for the 2026 edition of Bare Necessities’ Big Nude Cruise.

According to the company’s website, the chartered sailing will visit destinations in the Southern Caribbean and the Bahamas.

Ports of call set to be visited include Ocho Rios in Jamaica, as well as Oranjestad in Aruba, Willemstad in CuraƧao, and Kralendijk in Bonaire.

Before returning to Miami, the Norwegian Pearl is also scheduled to make two visits to Great Stirrup Cay, where guests will also be able to practice nudity.

“It is a wonderful experience to relax on white sand under swaying palm trees wearing nothing but a smile,” Bare Necessities stated on its website.

The operator’s policy says that while onboard, with a few exceptions, guests can choose to wear clothes or not at any time.

Clothing will only be required while the ship is docked in a port or during the captain’s reception party and introduction.

While the self-service restaurants are clothing optional, guests must also wear clothes at any time in the main dining rooms and specialty venues.

The tour operator also asks guests to sit on a towel at all times while nude in a G-string, thong, or whenever they are “bare-bottomed.” Stacks of smaller towels will be placed throughout the ship outside of common areas.

According to Bare Necessities’ website, the company has been offering clothing-optional cruise charters for over 35 years.

“It has been our experience that people who are able to leave their clothing behind in a social setting are more able to be themselves, rather than who they think others would like them to be,” Bare Necessities stated.

“Our passengers have many different reasons and experiences that make them choose nude vacationing over traditional travel options.”
