Versonix has announced a new partnership with Mitsui Ocean Cruises as the company has selected Seaware, Versonix’s reservation, inventory, and revenue management system, to support its expanding fleet and growing global presence, according to a press release.

Seaware will serve as the end-to-end platform for Mitsui Ocean Cruises, managing every step of the guest journey, from reservations and documentation to onboard personalization and post-cruise engagement. The system will deliver guest service while supporting complex inventory, multi-market sales, and scalable growth.
