Windstar Cruises has appointed Paul Chapple as its new vice president of hotel operations, the company said in a statement.
In his new role, Chapple will oversee all aspects of hotel operations and product development, including food and beverage, onboard services, entertainment, guest relations, and destination services.
He will report directly to Stijn Creupelandt, who advanced to the role of chief operating officer.
“As our fleet grows, Windstar is entering a transformative phase. Paul will be essential in advancing our hotel operations to match the expectations of today’s discerning traveler while preserving the boutique experience at the heart of our brand,” said Creupelandt.
Chapple brings 20 years of cruise industry experience, most recently serving as associate vice president, onboard commercial strategy at Azamara Cruises.
According to the statement, the new VP hotel operations joins Windstar Cruises at a pivotal moment of accelerated growth and brand evolution.
As previously reported by Cruise Industry News, a new addition to Windstar Cruises’ fleet, the Star Seeker, was recently christened in Miami.
The company is set to welcome another vessel, the Star Explorer, in late 2026.
