Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services, part of TUI Musement, the Tours & Activities division of TUI Group, has appointed Virginia Quintairos as its Managing Director.

According to a press release, Quintairos will focus on sustained growth and commitment to operational excellence, innovation and high-quality service in her new role.

The new Managing Director is expected to be supported by a strengthened management structure and leadership team focused on continued expansion.

During her 20 years in the industry, Quintairos has held key leadership positions across operations, commercial and strategic functions.

In addition to overseeing periods of growth, she has worked with cruise partners to overcome market challenges and champion industry innovation.
