Century Cruises is celebrating a landmark first year in the North American market, the company announced in a press release.
According to the statement, new bookings to China exceeded expectations in 2025, fueled by strong support from travel agency partners worldwide.
“These sales are the result of consistent hard work spanning three continents, supported by strong organization and effective communication skills,” Century said in a statement, noting that these results demonstrate its commitment to accelerating its presence on the global stage.
Building on this momentum, Century Cruises is launching what it calls its most robust and aggressive wave promotion for 2026, designed to reward both travelers and travel advisors.
“Thanks to the overwhelming support of travel agents worldwide, our China product outperformed expectations by 300 percent,” said David Fredericks, president of Century Cruises.
“With China reopening to the world and its new visa-free policy with Canada, we anticipate continued traction and growth. We’re also thrilled by the strong bookings in the last quarter of 2025 for Century Star, our first electronic propulsion ship launching in Europe,” he added.
As part of its newly launched wave promotion, Century is offering two-for-one cruise fares, free international airfare, bonus savings of $500 per person and reduced deposits of $25 per passenger.
The company is offering special upgrades for repeat passengers on selected cabins, as well as onboard packages across its fleet.
For travel advisors, Century is also eliminating non-commissionable fares (NCFs) and offering a 25 percent commission on bookings made within the first quarter of 2026.
“Rewarding our travel partners with 25 percent commissions and no NCFs is simply our way of saying thank you for believing in us. We are also in the process of contacting all our clients from our extensive database, directly offering them the chance to book an unforgettable cruise at the special rates dedicated to them,” added Fredericks.
