The Mein Schiff 3 and the Mein Schiff 4 docked side by side at the port of Philipsburg in St. Maarten last week.

TUI Cruises highlighted the double call at the Caribbean port with a social media post, sharing pictures from crew members and guests.

As one of the newest ships in the company’s fleet, the Mein Schiff 2 arrived in St. Maarten during one of its regular cruises in the region.

Spending the winter in the Caribbean, the 2,900-passenger vessel is offering a series of 14-night itineraries departing from the Dominican Republic and Barbados.

The 2019-built ship met the Mein Schiff 3 during an overnight call to Philipsburg, which started on January 20, 2026.

In addition to St. Maarten, the vessel’s itinerary also included visits to eight other destinations in the Eastern and Southern Caribbean, such as Roseau in Dominica, Castries in St. Lucia, St. John’s in Antigua and Fort-de-France in Martinique.

Sailing roundtrip from its homeport in Bremerhaven, the Mein Schiff 3 was offering a long cruise to the Caribbean from Germany.

The 35-night cruise departed from Europe earlier this month and features visits to 11 destinations in the Caribbean and the Atlantic. Philipsburg was the first stop of the 2014-built ship in Central America.

Before returning to Bremerhaven, the Mein Schiff 3 is scheduled to sail to a series of ports of call in the region, including Pointe-à-Pitre in Guadeloupe, Bridgetown in Barbados, Tortola in the British Virgin Islands and Basseterre in St. Kitts.

The 2,500-passenger ship is also set to visit Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands and Funchal on Portugal’s Madeira Island.

In addition to the Mein Schiff 2 and the Mein Schiff 3, TUI’s 2025-26 winter season in the Caribbean also includes the Mein Schiff 1.

The ship is offering 14-night cruises to the Western and Southern Caribbean departing from Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.
