Regent Seven Seas Cruises is introducing evening service at the Pool Grill, the company announced in a press release.

The new service will offer guests a casual yet refined al fresco experience, which includes a new gourmet pizzeria menu.

“Our guests love the exceptional onboard cuisine we are renowned for, but they also appreciate the freedom to enjoy dining in a more leisurely setting when the mood strikes, especially after an exhilarating day of exploration,” said Jason Montague, chief luxury officer at Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

“Evening service at the Pool Grill and our enhanced pizzeria menu allow us to offer dining that is more relaxed in style, yet uncompromising in quality, true to the unrivaled Regent experience,” he added.

The new service is now operating across Regent’s fleet, with the Pool Grill becoming a self-service evening venue between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Regent said that guests can savor freshly prepared favorites such as strip loin minute steak, rosemary roasted chicken, Provençal-marinated lamb chops and vegetable kebabs. The venue also offers a salad bar and appetizers, including hummus with pita chips, Caprese salad, Greek salad and more.

The new pizzeria menu, first introduced on Seven Seas Mariner after its December 2025 drydock, features handcrafted pizzas made with premium ingredients.

Now available on Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Grandeur and Seven Seas Splendor, the menu will debut on Seven Seas Voyager after its May 2026 refurbishment and on Seven Seas Prestige upon its launch later this year.

The new menu includes 10 pizzas, including Burrata e Coppa, which features tomato, mozzarella, coppa, arugula and burrata.

Other choices include Tartufo e Porcini, which is made of Italian sausage, porcini, mozzarella and black truffle cream.

Guests can also pick Vegetariana for a pizza made of mozzarella, peppers, red onions, eggplant, zucchini, mushroom and spinach.

Complementing the setting, passengers enjoy a curated selection of sparkling wines and Champagne, including Castello di Spessa ‘Perte’ Ribolla Gialla Spumante, La Delizia ‘Naonis’ Prosecco Brut DOC, Canevel Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG, and Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top Brut Champagne.

Regent also highlighted the adjacent Pool Bar, which is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and is said to be “an invitation to unwind with ease, enjoying a glass of wine as the ocean sunset unfolds.”
