Medov Logistics has appointed Andrea Dellacasa as chief executive officer and general manager, the company announced.
The appointment represents Medov Group’s first strategic change of 2026. Dellacasa will lead the shipping, logistics, air freight, and supply chain operations division alongside Nick Angeletos, who continues as global chief operating officer.
Medov Logistics was founded in 2016 and has built its reputation on just-in-time logistics services. The company’s specialized offerings include maritime shipping, air freight, cruise ship refitting and newbuild support, plus complex supply chain solutions.
Giulio Schenone, chairman of Medov Group, described the appointment as a pivotal moment for the organization.
“The appointment of Andrea Dellacasa marks a key milestone in the development path of Medov Logistics and the Group as a whole,” he said.
“In recent months we have taken important steps on both the industrial and strategic fronts, and this role represents the beginning of a new phase for the company, focused on consolidation, growt,h and long-term value creation.”
Dellacasa’s background includes senior leadership roles in logistics, where he has steered organizations through periods of growth and transformation.

2025 brought significant expansion for Medov Group. In June, the company opened the Janua Algor refrigerated warehouse in Genoa Voltri. October saw the acquisition of Programma Mare, followed by the purchase of a 50 percent stake in maritime agency Prosper in November.
