Adora Cruises today announced the introduction of a new loyalty membership program, the Adora Club.
According to a press release, the program aims to create “high-quality cruise experiences” for repeat guests through exclusive member benefits and personalized services.
The Adora Club will feature a tiered membership system that allows members to accumulate points by completing voyages.
Based on the number of points, passengers will be able to reach four tiers: Azure, Pearl, Platinum and Diamond.
Each level will offer exclusive privileges, Adora said, such as souvenirs, onboard spending discounts and priority embarkation and disembarkation.
“The launch of the Adora Club is an important step for us to further perfect the customer experience,” the company stated.
“Through a multi-tiered benefit system, we hope every member can feel exclusive care and a premium experience. This is not only a significant upgrade in Adora Cruises’ service experience but also reflects our business philosophy of always centering on customer needs.”
Adora added that it aims to expand cross-industry collaborations in the future, joining hands with other brands and platforms to create crossover benefits for members.
Along with the new loyalty program, Adora launched a special campaign that invites guests to complete their membership registration via the company’s website or its WeChat channel.
Adora said that passengers will take advantage of exclusive offers when registering through February 11, 2026.
The campaign also includes a “Refer a Friend” event, through which members will be able to participate in a lucky draw when successfully inviting friends to join the Adora Club.
In addition to Adora-branded merchandise, prizes include a series of free cruises onboard the Adora Magic City and the Adora Mediterranea.
Adora also highlighted its next newbuild, the Adora Flora City, which is set to be delivered in late 2026 for cruises departing from Guangzhou.
