Princess Cruises’ recently announced summer season in Northern Europe will be highlighted by an expanded deployment package that includes a series of combinable itineraries.
The company’s deployment will include four ships: the Sky Princess, the Majestic Princess, the Regal Princess, and the Caribbean Princess.
According to Princess, the season will include 48 voyages that can be booked individually or combined.
The lineup is highlighted by new open-jaw options that offer highly port-intensive destination itineraries, the company added.
Sailing from Northern Europe, itineraries will cover six regions, including the Atlantic, the Mediterranean, the Baltics, Iceland and the British Isles.
Princess ships will sail to 54 destinations in 18 countries, including Barcelona, Oslo, Reykjavik, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Belfast, Amsterdam and the scenic fjords of Iceland and Norway.
The cruise program will feature five homeports, with cruises departing from Southampton, Copenhagen, Reykjavik, Helsinki and Fort Lauderdale.
Princess said that the itineraries will also offer cultural access, with planned visits to UNESCO sites and medieval cities like Visby, as well as ‘smaller gems’ like Seyðisfjörður and Akureyri.
The cruises will also sail to what the company calls ‘world-class capitals,’ including Stockholm, Edinburgh and Barcelona.
Departures highlighted by the company include an eight-night itinerary to the British Isles sailing roundtrip from the port of Southampton on June 25, 2027.
Named “Irish Counties & Scottish Shores,” the cruise will feature an overnight visit to Cobh, in addition to calls to Falmouth, Dun Laoghaire (for Dublin), Belfast and Greenock.
The deployment also includes the ten-night “Norwegian & Iceland Fjords” voyage, which sails from Copenhagen to Reykjavik on July 10, 2027.
The itinerary features visits to Kristiansand, Skagen, Stavanger, Nordfjordeid, Molde, Akureyri, Isafjordur and Grundarfjordur.
Other highlighted sailings include the 14-night “Scandinavia and Baltic Adventure” cruise, which sails from Southampton to Helsinki.
Departing on May 15, 2027, the itinerary features calls to Zeebrugge (for Brussels/Bruges), Rotterdam, Oslo, Kristiansand, Skagen, Copenhagen, Warnemünde (for Berlin), Bornholm, Gdansk (Gdynia), Visby and Tallinn.
