It will be a big 2026 for Carnival Corporation and its portfolio of eight brands, which will have over 600 drydock days, according to David Bernstein, CFO, speaking on the company’s year-end and fourth quarter earnings call in December.

Spending across the corporation on drydocks will be roughly in line with 2026, he said.

Among the big drydocks are two nearly 50-day drydock slots for the AIDAbella and AIDAmar, which are part of the AIDA Evolution upgrade program. The former will drydock starting in January while the AIDAmar is scheduled for her transformation in November.

Other longer out-of-service periods include the Carnival Elation in January, Carnival Pride in March, Carnival Magic in April, and Carnival Freedom and Carnival Luminosa in September.

Josh Weinstein, president and CEO, said that AIDA Evolution project was soon poised to expand to several other company brands.
