With a diverse class of 2026 of new cruise ships, Disney Cruise Line will lead the way in new berths entering service this year with the Singapore-based Disney Adventure, accounting for 17.9 percent of new capacity being introduced this year, according to Cruise Industry News data from the 2026 Annual Report.

Royal Caribbean International’s third Icon-class ship, the Legend of the Seas, accounts for 16.7 percent of berths entering service this year when she debuts in the Mediterranean for her inaugural season.

Another significant addition comes via MSC Cruises, with the MSC World Asia, entering service in the fourth quarter in Europe.

Other large ships are set to debut from TUI Cruises, with the Mein Schiff Relax, and Norwegian’s Luna. Both ships are under construction at Fincantieri in Italy.

In addition is Adora, which will take delivery of the Adora Flora City before the end of the year, and launch service in China.
