Astro Ocean’s Piano Land is back in Hong Kong following her Malaysia program, as the former P&O ship arrived at the Ocean Terminal with 1,700 guests on Dec. 31.
The company said its Malaysia program was the first time a Chinese cruise ship had homeported outside China.
On its repositioning voyage, the ship was mainly booked by Malaysia and Singaporean guests, the company said, calling it a milestone in bringing in international visitors to Hong Kong.
Back in Hong Kong, the company said it will now focus on new ports and new itineraries with a slate of four-, five-, eight- and 12-night cruises scheduled for the first quarter.
