Fincantieri has presented its new corporate website as part of the group’s digital communication strategy.
The portal features a renewed design, user experience, as well as captAIn, a proprietary artificial intelligence agent.
EVP Group Strategic Communication of Fincantieri, Lorenza Pigozzi, said: “The new digital ecosystem marks a decisive step in the transformation process of our communication and confirms the pioneering vocation that has always distinguished our group.”
“We have defined a vision that rigorously integrates technology, content and skills, allowing us to adopt a more advanced and future-oriented communication model,” added Pigozzi.
“The new portal fully represents this trajectory: a contemporary, intuitive platform, enriched by artificial intelligence and driven by data, designed to enhance our identity in a distinctive way and dialogue with increasingly diverse audiences,” he said.
“With this project, we consolidate the path we have taken and inaugurate a new phase of our digital presence, continuing to chart the course in a context characterized by continuous transformations.”
captAIn is an intelligent search engine that provides immediate, personalized access to all the group’s content, including texts, videos, graphics and documents.
The company said in a press release that in real time, it synthesizes and reprocesses the information by creating new pages to provide tailored answers for each request and guiding the user with an adaptive interface.
Fincantieri added that the website design stems from the three words that define the group’s vision: Future On Board. It translates the values that guide the company’s transformation into digital form.
Its three main sections (Group, Business and People) reflect Fincantieri’s identity and values, with particular attention to the centrality of its human capital, the press release said.
The website features a newsroom with a structured editorial plan integrated with all media channels, as well as an Investor Relations section where data, KPIs, documents and multimedia content are accessible.
According to the company, 60 professionals were involved in the project.
