Carnival Cruise Line announced the next wave of its 2027-28 deployment plans, including the Firenze’s new series of itineraries from New York.

Before heading to the homeport, the Firenze will offer a Carnival Journeys voyage from Miami, connecting the two cruise ports.

The Splendor will expand Carnival’s global deployment footprint by introducing four new sailings, including two round-trip sailings from Sydney, Australia, and two Carnival Journeys Southeast Asia sailings to and from Singapore.

“This deployment brings together flexibility, variety and distinctive cruise experiences for our guests from iconic cities around the world,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line.

The company said in a press release that the Firenze’s 2027-28 deployment program now also includes an 11-day Carnival Journeys Southern Caribbean sailing departing from Miami on May 16, 2027, before it heads to its new homeport in New York City.

The one-time sailing will feature visits to Celebration Key, Grand Bahama; Aruba; CuraƧao; and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Following its arrival in New York, beginning May 27, 2027, the Firenze will offer a lineup of cruises from Manhattan, including four- and five-day cruises to either Bermuda or Canada, as well as a five-day sailing on August 19, 2027, that visits New England and Canada, calling on Portland, Maine and Saint John, Canada.

The ship will also offer a range of longer itineraries, including a seven-day cruise with three consecutive days in Bermuda and a variety of eight-day Eastern Caribbean cruises visiting Celebration Key, Grand Turk and RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay.

The Splendor will offer four new itineraries during her 2027-28 season: a three-day featuring two sea days, a four-day to Moreton Island, Australia, and two Carnival Journeys Southeast Asia sailings to Singapore and back following her drydock.

The first 15-day Carnival Journeys departs on July 31, 2027, from Sydney and visits Moreton Island, Airlie Beach and Cairns, Australia; Lembar Lombok, Indonesia; Benoa (Denpasar), Bali; and ending with a sea day crossing the Equator.

The following 16-day return sailing to Sydney offers the same itinerary, with an additional call in Darwin, Australia.
