Margaritaville at Sea is rolling out High Tide Market, a new food hall offering casual dining at sea, which will launch aboard the Paradise in January 2026.

The company said that the venue is elevating its buffet with more choices, energy and a modern approach to dining to demonstrate its commitment to implementing guest feedback in a timely manner.

High Tide Market will feature a mix of fan favorites and brand-new concepts, including:

 

Margaritaville at Sea said in a press release that after its debut on the Paradise, High Tide Market will open next aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber, followed by a newly enhanced version slated for the Islander in 2027.

This marks one of the company’s most extensive coordinated dining upgrades to date.

In addition to High Tide Market, the Paradise also recently announced the shift to new weekday four-night and weekend three-night itineraries, which begin in 2026.

These feature stops in Nassau, Key West and Freeport.
