Swan Hellenic and Travel Photo Tour have launched the first edition of Photojournalism at Sea, a creative program set to take place aboard the SH Vega.
The experience will unfold during the 10-day voyage from Valparaíso, Chile, to Callao, Peru, departing March 30, 2026.
VP Global Sales at Swan Hellenic, Carlos Garzon, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Travel Photo Tour onboard. This collaboration elevates the guest experience while celebrating the true spirit of expedition cruising: curiosity, connection and discovery.”

To commemorate the experience, each guest will receive a professionally designed hardcover coffee-table book featuring a selection of participants’ best images, along with portraits, bios and expedition highlights.
Travel Photo Tour’s lead photographer and filmmaker, Chris Crass, said: “You know what separates a tourist from a traveler? A traveler seeks to understand. And you know what separates a traveler from a storyteller? A storyteller seeks to share that understanding in a way that inspires others. That’s what this program is all about.”
Travel Photo Tour’s founder, Peter Crass, said: “Launching this new chapter of Photojournalism at Sea along the Pacific coast is incredibly meaningful.”
“Our mission is to help people see the world with new eyes and to share their stories with authenticity. Sailing with Swan Hellenic allows us to bring that mission to life in an unforgettable way,” added Peter.
