Azamara Cruises has announced that Cyber Monday 2025 delivered the strongest booking day in the company’s history, with new bookings up approximately 5 percent over its previous record.
The broader multi-week Black Friday Sale also ranked among the top five best booking periods in Azamara Cruises’ history.
“Cyber Monday blew past every expectation,” said Dondra Ritzenthaler, chief executive officer of Azamara Cruises.
“To see travelers respond at this level, surpassing every projection, tells us that interest in small-ship cruising has never been stronger. Guests continue to seek longer days in port and deeper cultural immersion, and our curated itineraries and exceptional onboard service deliver just that,” added Ritzenthaler.
“Our travel partners are instrumental to our success, and with their support, we were able to achieve these incredible results. This record-breaking performance is a true testament to the strength of those partnerships and the growing demand for the Azamara experience.”
The company said in a press release that demand surged across several key regions, led by Alaska, ahead of Azamara Cruises’ return in 2026.
This year also saw strong interest in Western Mediterranean itineraries and Exotic sailings across Australia, Indonesia, Southern Africa, along with transatlantic crossings between Europe.
The U.S. Veranda staterooms were the top-performing category throughout the promotional period, reflecting guests’ strong preference for scenic accommodations, the company added.
According to Azamara, the success reflects the power of the Black Friday value-driven offer combined with a wide choice of cruises.
