The Margaritaville at Sea Paradise will debut a new self-service restaurant following a routine drydock in January 2026.

According to an update shared by Margaritaville at Sea, the new market-style dining experience will replace the ship’s traditional buffet.

The company said that the space, which will be located on Deck 10, will feature individual stations offering fresh, chef-crafted dishes.

Shared renderings show stations inspired by restaurants available on other Margaritaville at Sea ships and properties, including Frank & Lola’s Pizzeria, Slide at Paradise Desserts and Mexican Cutie Cantina.

The Margaritaville at Sea Paradise is expected to visit a shipyard in early January for a two-week routine drydock.

Sailing from the Port of Palm Beach on a year-round basis, the 1991-built vessel offers a series of short cruises.

The two- to four-night itineraries feature visits to destinations in the Bahamas and Florida, such as Freeport, Nassau and Key West.

Originally built for Costa Cruises in the early 1990s, the Paradise was the first ship to enter service for Margaritaville at Sea in mid-2022.

Previously in service for Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line, the 1,300-guest vessel was extensively refurbished over the years.

In its most recent refit, which took place in early 2025, the ship debuted major upgrades, including a new craft spirits bar and renovated poolside bars.

The Paradise also introduced a new specialty restaurant, Far Side Sushi, as well as a new and enhanced menu for the JWB Prime Steakhouse.

In related news, Margaritaville at Sea recently introduced a new tattoo studio onboard its second ship, the Margaritaville at Sea Islander.

The new Permanent Reminder studio allows guests to tattoo pre-made designs, including Margaritaville-themed options, or custom designs.

The company is also getting ready to introduce a third ship, the Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber, in early 2027.
