P&O Cruises launched a 12-day travel agent training promotion on Dec. 1, offering daily prizes and three short break cruises aboard Britannia as grand prizes.
The “12 Days of Festive Learn & Earn” initiative runs through Dec. 12 on the line’s Shine Rewards Club platform, the company announced in a press release.
Agents complete daily training activities that include quizzes, scavenger hunts, modules or webinars, to enter prize drawings for Shine loyalty points, gift vouchers and brand partner items such as Marabelle gin or José Pizarro hampers.
Agents who complete 10 or more activities during the promotional period qualify for the grand prize drawing for one of three Britannia short break cruises.
The program operates through a digital advent calendar format with a new training activity available each day.
“We are delighted to launch this training incentive, which will not only help agents feel festive and learn about P&O Cruises, but also provides them with an opportunity to win Shine points, gift vouchers, and other prizes, as well as one of three fabulous short break cruises,” said Ruth Venn, associate vice president of sales and distribution for P&O Cruises.
The Shine Rewards Club serves as P&O Cruises’ travel agent loyalty platform. Agents earn points for every Select Price booking, redeemable for high street vouchers or P&O Cruises holidays. The platform also provides access to news and training materials.
