Princess Cruises has announced details surrounding its 2027-28 Australian summer season, which will feature the Royal Princess, Grand Princess and Sapphire Princess.
The voyages, which are open for booking, will offer sailings to New Zealand (Aotearoa), full circumnavigations of the Australian continent, and South Pacific escapes to destinations like Fiji and Vanuatu.
“Princess Cruises has long welcomed travelers from across the globe to experience the stunning beauty, wildlife and culture of Australia, and this season is no exception,” said Jim Berra, Princess Cruises’ chief commercial officer.
“We’re thrilled to bring local and international guests together to share world-class dining, award-winning entertainment, and unforgettable adventures both onboard and ashore in this magnificent part of the world,” added Berra.
The company said in a press release that the season features 79 total departures across 64 unique itineraries, ranging from quick three-day getaways to epic 43-day explorations.
It will also introduce a 94-day Circle Pacific exploration on the Grand Princess with flexible embarkation options from many Australian and New Zealand homeports.
The ship will then head across the South Pacific, up towards the North American coast, heading to Alaska, before venturing across the Pacific Ocean to Japan and Southeast Asia.
In addition, Princess returns to Western Australia in 2027 with the Sapphire Princess being homeported in Fremantle.
Each of Princess’s 2027-28 summer season cruises will include a range of excursions, along with late nights ashore and overnights in Hong Kong, Singapore and Bali (Benoa).
In addition, 20 UNESCO World Heritage Sites will be featured as part of the 2027-28 summer season, including:
