Carnival Cruise Line is expanding its offering of premium menus for guests currently sailing onboard the Carnival Magic.
As part of the company’s SEA program, the vessel is currently offering an adults-only casino cruise departing from Miami.
In a social media post, Carnival’s Brand Ambassador John Heald said that all passengers onboard are being offered the different menus.
He noted that the selection of dishes was initially developed and available exclusively for guests who reach the elite tier in the company’s casino loyalty program.
The “Feast of Feasts” menu includes premium choices at no extra cost, including grilled lobster tail, shrimp cocktails and steak au poivre.
Other highlights include tuna tataki served with avocado mousse and seaweed salad, as well as turkey roulade stuffed with sun-dried tomato pesto, cured ham, basil pesto and fresh mozzarella.
In addition to Carnival’s traditional melting chocolate cake, the menu also includes a selection of upscale desserts, such as poached pear in cherry wine reduction and Irish cream cheesecake.
Heald said that the menu also comes with a special vegan choice of dishes while offering gluten-free variations of most of its options.
In a separate post, he also highlighted the new Family Express Menus, which are available during lunch time on select ships.
“Guy’s Burgers remain the king of comfort food, but these new express items are proving very popular,” he stated.
The menu includes choices of pasta, soups, salads and entrées, such as rigatoni meatball pasta, minestrone soup, pork ribs and chicken Mirabella.
Other options include a series of everyday favorites, including corn dogs, chicken tenders, French fries, and mac ‘n’ cheese.
In related news, Heald recently confirmed that Carnival is expanding its new Cheers! Zero Proof beverage package for sailings in 2026.
