Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has unveiled nearly 50 new voyages for its 2027-28 season in Asia, with calls including Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand, according to a press release.
The new deployment includes itineraries ranging from seven to 21 days, featuring extended times in port, more than 50 overnight calls and visits to nearly 70 distinct ports.
To encourage advance booking, NCL is offering a Black Friday sale that includes 50 percent off all cruises.
Asia
The Norwegian Jade will return to Asia from October 2027 through April 2028.
- The ship will operate a series of nine- to 14-day roundtrip and open-jaw itineraries from Tokyo and Yokohama, Japan; Incheon, South Korea; Hong Kong; and Singapore.
- Japan-focused itineraries feature over 20 distinct calls and an overnight stay in Kobe.
- Select voyages offer overnight calls in Hong Kong.
- Norwegian Jade will also operate six Southeast Asia itineraries between Singapore and Hong Kong, visiting destinations like Ko Samui, Thailand; Phu My, Vietnam; Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia; and the Philippines.
Australia/NZ
The Norwegian Spirit will mark its fifth consecutive season in Australia and New Zealand between December 2027 and April 2028.
- The ship will homeport in Sydney, Singapore, and Auckland, New Zealand, offering itineraries from eight to 21 days.
- NCL will debut its first-ever call to Esperance on January 12, 2028, and its first overnight call to Fremantle, Western Australia, on January 14, 2028.
- The season also includes four overnight calls in Melbourne and one in Adelaide.
