Azamara Cruises announced the launch of its new Anything Azamara hotline, which will serve as a phone line designed exclusively for travel advisors.

According to a press release, the dedicated line is available at 888-575-9782 and is part of the brand’s broader initiative to simplify, support and strengthen relationships with its trade partners.

“We’re committed to listening and acting on what our travel partners need most,” said Michelle Lardizabal, chief sales officer of North America at Azamara.

“Anything Azamara is more than a phone number; it’s a promise that every new advisor joining our community has a direct line to personalized support and partnership from day one.”

The company said that it is also introducing several enhancements following a recent trade survey. The changes are aimed at making working with Azamara easier for the travel advisor community.

Among the new initiatives is Anything Azamara, the dedicated hotline for agencies and advisors new to Azamara, which was designed to offer one-on-one guidance and support.

Azamara also introduced new AWA chapters, which will expand Azamara World Academy, the brand’s training and certification platform, starting in 2026.

Other changes include increased Product and RezA Training focused on enhancing confidence in selling Azamara’s unique small-ship experiences.

Azamara is also introducing new Destination Guides that will offer resources featuring deck plans, brand insights and destination information.

The Anything Azamara hotline will be backed by a trained contact center team ready to assist with everything from first-time bookings and system navigation to finding a sales representative or understanding itineraries, the company said.

Azamara also highlighted what it called an “impressive period of growth” for its trade partnerships, which included 500 first-time bookings from new agency partners.

The company also saw over 800 new registrations from agencies eager to sell Azamara’s sailings across the world.

“Partnership is at the heart of everything we do,” added Dondra Ritzenthaler, chief executive officer at Azamara.

“We know that when our advisors succeed, Azamara succeeds, and this new resource makes that collaboration even stronger.”
