Versori has announced its delivery of a Salesforce and Seaware integration that streamlines customer journeys and operational workflows for HX Expeditions.
The Agentic integrations provider stated in a press release that the project demonstrates its ability to transform complex, disparate data into a clean central source, offering high-impact, cost-effective solutions.

According to the press release, HX Expeditions is undergoing a digital transformation, anchored by a modern tech ecosystem that includes Salesforce CRM and Seaware booking platform to create a reimagined booking journey.
Versori‘s engineering and delivery teams partnered with the client’s digital and IT stakeholders to co-develop all integration components, applying AI to accelerate the build process.
Versori‘s team delivered the integration with a 70 percent time reduction and is now supporting HX in exploring an AI-powered booking migration tool, automating the transition.
